AUSTIN—The Alliance for Securing and Strengthening the Economy in Texas today released the following statement regarding National Small Business Week:
“As we recognize the significant impact small businesses have on creating jobs and investing in our communities, the Texas Legislature has the opportunity this session to pass critical legislation that will remove burdensome barriers that make it harder for entrepreneurs in Texas to succeed,” ASSET Spokesperson Annie Spilman said. “Passing Senate Bills 2485, 2486, 2487 and 2488—the most important bills for small business this session—shows our state’s commitment to the job creators who fuel our economic engine.”
